Refund Policy
Idocare Holdings Pte Ltd takes care in ensuring that our productsare of top quality and in good condition.
Payment
- The payment for Products ordered through https:// idocare.com.sg/ can be made with almost all major credit cards.
- If the Customer’s credit card is declined by its financial institution, https:// idocare.com.sg/ reserves the right to refuse delivery of Products to its Customers.
- Idocare Holdings Pte Ltd may change at any time the method by which payments for https:// idocare.com.sg/. Online orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to the Customer by e-mail, mail shots or by placing a notice to this effect on ckforever.com
Customers may return/exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:
- Received a defective or expired product
- Received a different product from what you ordered
Terms for returns and exchanges
- Product must be unopened in original box
- Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost
- Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above
Incorrect Items & Defective Items
Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days from dispatch date and all returns should be received by our operations department within an additional 7 working days after an email with return procedures has been sent. All items must be in its original packaging and unopened (for incorrect items). We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements. Should you wish to proceed with a return, please download and fill up the return form and forward it to support@idocare.com.sg
Incorrect Items
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will be more than happy to process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered. Please send our operations department the completed return form to support@idocare.com.sg and they will furnish you with return details. You may send the item back to us after you have received this confirmation email.
Note that postage fees will be fully absorbed by us.
Defective Items
In the event that you have received a defective item, we will be more than happy to process a one-for-one exchange right away. Please send our operations department an image of the defect along with the return form to support@idocare.com.sg and they will furnish you with return details.
Only one-time Return & Refund is allowed per order. Idocare Holdings Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.
Idocare Holdings Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any exchange or refund for used or opened product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
